COORDINATOR
Having 5 years experience teaching in Romanian schools and visiting English schools to understand the
benefits of their methods, Cristina gathered like-minded individuals to begin a work to encourage
education amongst the poorest and often marginalized families of all nationalities living in the area.
STAFF
The staff is made up of volunteers, most of them teenagers, students and teachers. They all share
together a will to help underprivileged people, especially children.
COMMITTEE
Members of the committee use their individual talents to support the work of the Association in a variety of
ways, eg. fund raising, book keeping, teaching and record keeping.

VOLUNTEERS
The work of the Association relies upon the help of volunteers who are guided by the Supervisor(coordinator).
