ATELIER SACELEAN ASSOCIATION is a Romanian Charity.
“Atelier” means workshop and “Sacele” is the name of our town. We have chosen this name because it is a very simple one.
Everything started when a group of ladies came together to try to help poor children get an education.
We also try to help them with food and clothing.
We have made a small EDUCATIONAL CENTER where we run some courses in order to help them with their school work and avoid truancy.
Also we help children who had none or very little education.
Childhood is short.
It is a time when children learn most easily and are most receptive to help.
Education is the only thing that can bring these children into a different world and give them choices.
The ATELIER SACELEAN ASSOCIATION is helping to educate children who have missed out on education, because EDUCATION IS EVERY CHILD’S RIGHT.
